Prairie Village, KS, August 16, 2010 — The Claridge Court senior living development in Prairie Village has begun work on a $3.5 million expansion that includes 10 additional private rooms and an expanded dining area. The 200-resident facility at 8101 Mission Road currently has 135 independent living apartments and 35 skilled nursing beds. The expansion will increase the size of its dining cafe and add a center with class space, fitness equipment and a massage room.
